Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated **English and Mandarin-Speaking Video and Graphics Motion Designer** to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while growing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The project will last for 3 to 6 months, during which you will be responsible for creating high-quality videos that meet our clients' requirements. Your tasks will include video editing, creating video intros and outros, and incorporating motion graphics to enhance the overall look and feel of the videos.

You video creations will be leveraged in Youtube, Meta Channels, and will be harnessed by paid advertising to grow rapidly and take control of a market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design marketing materials involving video editing, creating video intros and outros, and motion graphics
* Assist the team in brainstorming and executing creative ideas that meet project goals.
* Edit and update existing design assets to align with branding.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, engineering) to translate ideas into captivating videos.
* Crafting stunning motion graphics for all digital platforms, including websites, apps, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
* Contribute to the overall brand identity and maintaining design consistency across all digital channels.
* Push the boundaries of creativity and innovation in the digital design landscape.
* Keep up with industry trends and share insights to improve designs.

**Qualifications:**

* Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
* Should be proficient in Adobe After Effects, MPG, MP4, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
* Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions carefully.
* Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
* You're comfortable using our company based emails and Slack
* Can work generally at a decent pace
* Open to have your creative be leveraged in national campaigns.
