• Full Time Base Salary of $550-$600 K (IR) , $450-$500K (IN) Based on Experience, + Profit Sharing Pool
• This is a Diversified Center Accomplishing: ESRD Interventions, UFE, HAE, PAD, Veins, PD Catheter Placement, pAVF, Banding, Ligation
• Full Health and Welfare Package
• You Must Have 5-Plus Years of Experience Post Fellowship to be Considered
