You Are: A highly motivated and technically skilled RPA Developer, Architect or Delivery Lead ready to join our team and contribute to intelligent automation initiatives across the organization. You have a solid technical foundation, a strong understanding of automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on a wide range of automation and AI integration projects. You have experience in integrating RPA with Business Process Management, Document Processing and AI and are conversant in LLM & Agentic capabilities. The Work: - Architect/Design/Develop and deliver BOTs for defined use cases. - Develop Automation Anywhere or UiPath RPA solutions to meet the project/program objectives - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - RPA developer involved in all the phases such as use case Identification, PDD, SDD, TDD Creation and Development, Testing and Deployment - In this structure, RPA Developers go through the business requirements with Operations and Analysts over process walk-through - Verify the future state business flow - Testing (Integration, Unit and UAT Testing) - Production Deployment - Bot Production support and maintenance Here's What You Need: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Technology role + Minimum of 2 years of experience with an RPA tool, UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere + Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domain Exposure/Expertise Robotic Process Automation. Bonus Points If: + You have external client-facing consulting experience + Developer level certifications and AI certifications. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
