Job Description

Three Brothers Concrete, a trusted Denver-based concrete contractor established in 2003, is seeking a dedicated Structural Concrete Foreman to join its team. The Structural Concrete Foreman will oversee and participate in a variety of concrete and carpentry tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Erect and set forms for concrete footings, slabs, walls, columns, vaults, decks, and other structures according to project specifications and drawings.
  • Supervise the building, setting, and alignment of concrete forms, placement of reinforcements, and pouring of caissons, foundation walls, footings, and grade beams.
  • Plan and coordinate assigned portions of projects, including ordering materials, managing crew members, and completing daily work reports.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and meets quality standards, maintaining a safe job site at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with the project manager.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the project manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience with concrete forming systems such as Symon, Gates, EFCO, or similar.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset.
  • Proven reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
