A local company is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk who will provide the proper internal distribution of all received materials and the expedient shipping to customers of all finished good. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Duties:

Observe all requirements for ISO 9001
Gather production products from various designated areas throughout the plant
Weigh, count, and visually inspect all parts
Fill all orders according to customer's specifications, package and label product per customer requirements, and complete all required paperwork
Load and unload trucks with pallet jack using a tow motor, warehouse all incoming steel, and notify trucking company when pickup is necessary
Audit all packing slips with all incoming freight, order all shipping supplies, and coordinate all UPS incoming and outgoing deliveries
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have previous shipping and receiving experience
Must be able to operate a tow motor and have certification
Must have the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55-pound boxes
Must be able to read and comprehend written and computer instructions
Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
Must have the ability to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse
Must be comfortable walking, standing, and being on your feel most of the shift
Must be able to follow all safety rules and requirements
Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
