About the Role

Instalily is seeking a AI-driven Senior Sales & Strategy Lead to drive revenue growth at the intersection of artificial intelligence and enterprise sales. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional who brings a track record of closing complex deals, leading sales strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to scale go-to-market operations.

You will take full ownership of the sales pipeline—from strategy to execution—while leveraging AI tools and data to increase efficiency, accuracy, and impact. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape our client engagement strategy and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • Own and exceed sales targets through a consultative, value-driven sales process.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies for prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize lead scoring, sales forecasting, pipeline health, and performance analytics.
  • Cultivate and grow a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring long-term revenue growth and retention.

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying AI-driven solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including C-level executives.
  • Lead client presentations, contract negotiations, and onboarding with precision and professionalism.
  • Represent Instalily at industry events, panels, and client meetings.

Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align roadmap priorities with client feedback and market demand.
  • Contribute to the development and iteration of sales enablement materials including case studies, battlecards, and demo scripts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, tailor campaigns, and improve inbound and outbound motion.
  • Support hiring and mentoring of junior sales and operations staff as the team grows.

Operational Excellence & Strategic Reporting

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CRM processes, sales workflows, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to leadership on pipeline health, win/loss trends, and revenue projections.
  • Help build scalable playbooks for outreach, qualification, and client management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or GTM leadership
  • Proven success in owning and exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales tech stacks.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional startup environment.
  • Passion for artificial intelligence, innovation, and client-centered problem-solving.
  • Expected Travel : ~20-30%

Compensation : Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 USD

Bonus: Uncapped Commission, On Target Earnings (OTE) : $200,000 - $230,000
