As a result of continued growth, Ozone API is looking to recruit a Senior Frontend Engineer - Mobile, focused on shaping and developing seamless and engaging user experiences for Ozone's products across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with the product management team and other stakeholders, utilising their expertise to comprehend customer needs, conduct insightful research, and craft intuitive solutions that enhance the overall user experience in Ozone's products.
Day-to-Day Operations
Collaborate with stakeholders, including designers and team leads, to understand the app's features and functionality.
Write and maintain high-quality code using React Native.
Implement user interfaces based on design mockups.
Develop new features and enhance existing ones.
Debug and troubleshoot issues.
Write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
Perform manual testing to identify and fix bugs.
Collaborate with QA (Quality Assurance) team to address issues.
Attend meetings and provide updates on the development progress.
Document code, processes, and project-related information.
Prepare and deploy mobile apps to app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
Coding and Development
Build User interface
Utilize and integrate React Native UI libraries for efficient and visually appealing mobile app interfaces.
Implement user interfaces based on design mockups.
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Develop new features and enhance existing ones.
Stay current with the latest UI library trends and advancements.

General Engineering Skills
Conducting code reviews and contributing to technical discussions
Solid experience with React Native framework
Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles
Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git)
Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile applications
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practises
