Job Description
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the onboarding team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Recruiter
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range:** starting from $22 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Handle the onboarding process for approximately 200-400 roles per year.
+ Initiate and review background checks to ensure compliance.
+ Ensure all documentation for new hires is completed, including I-9s.
+ Administer drug screenings and prepare candidates for their first day of work.
+ Communicate effectively and build relationships with Recruiters, New Hires, and Hiring Managers.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree is required.
+ 2+ years of onboarding experience is essential.
+ High volume experience with new hires and transfers.
+ Healthcare experience is preferred.
+ Experience with Sterling background checks is a must.
