Job Description

1. Project management Plan schedule, resources, and budget for projects based on signed proposals Drive and manage the whole process to ensure projects finished within plan Coordinate all the resources, including vendors, clients, partners, and internal team members, to ensure projects go smoothly Report the project status periodically and assist the optimization of project management system
2. Client service Assisting BD team to define client business needs in client communications Develop reasonable research solution for proposal writing with BD team Represent CBi to interact with client during projects to maintain and develop closer business relationship Moderate the discussion with clients about project plan, deliverables for stages, any other meetings about the projects Present reports or design solutions to the clients Attend necessary events in related to project or business development
