**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Laborer at a distributor of loss prevention equipment for supermarkets and retail department stores. You will be part of a dynamic environment where we manufacture innovative wheels that lock on shopping carts past a certain perimeter. We are seeking General Labor/Warehouse Associates to assist with a short-term project due to a system change causing a backlog in orders, lasting approximately 2-3 months. **Responsibilities** + Unpack incoming wheels and inspect for visible damage or defects. + Conduct basic functionality tests to ensure product quality. + Repackage wheels securely for shipment. + Palletize packaged products according to shipping requirements. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. + Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in warehouse, production, or general labor. + High school diploma. + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Ability to lift and move items as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Reliable work history. + Basic computer skills. + Some light warehouse experience is preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer full benefits and a 401k plan, providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. You will enjoy the benefit of not having to lift heavy items frequently. **Work Environment** Our facility includes a medium-sized warehouse with a mini production and assembly section. The workspace is clean and organized, equipped with two large fans to keep temperatures comfortable. You may work in a small warehouse setup or under a covered area outside. Shifts include 1st Shift from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 12pm to 8:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Foothill Ranch, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
