About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and optimize Eightpoint’s product portfolio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance user engagement and business outcomes.

The Product Manager will work closely with Producers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experience that align with Eightpoint’s vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

• Partner with Producers to define and align the product strategy for our Desktop ecosystem.
• Establish and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize product direction, balancing customer requirements with business constraints.

Collaboration & Communication

• Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
• Clearly articulate product vision, updates, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure a seamless product development process.

Product Development Excellence

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with the Product Analytics team to uncover trends, user behavior, and performance bottlenecks.

Execution and Optimization

• Ensure timely delivery of features by resolving blockers and making progress in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
• Track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product development.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment, with a proven track record in desktop, web, or mobile applications.
• Strong experience with large data sets and product KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful desktop products.
• Deep understanding of product development processes.
• Experience collaborating with product analysts or data teams to leverage insights for optimization.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on user behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for creating innovative user experiences that delight users and deliver business value.
