Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified professional with proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Proficient in ERP solution design, business modeling, and architecture, with a focus on implementing scalable and reliable enterprise ERP systems tailored to meet specific client needs. What you will do:
Provides technical, administrative, or operational support for implementation teams
Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system
Skills and Experiences
Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities, more specifically the Supply Chain/Trade module;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into ERP technical solutions;
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Experience working in consulting or customer-facing roles, providing strategic guidance and advice on ERP implementations;
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks;
Advanced English is required.
