Your Role with The Company:
– Working with all areas of engineering, i.e. design/development, testing, quality analysis and manufacturing!
– Designing custom equipment according to customer’s needs.
– Developing innovative new products and equipment.
– Troubleshoot issues in manufacturing, products in the field and internally.
– Create complete engineering build drawings for all designs.
– Assist with Product Management, Sourcing, Purchasing and other areas outside of Engineering.
– Research competitor’s products in the industry.
– Work directly with customers to develop products based, address issues and learn the process.
– Reports to the Engineering Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!
Background Profile:
– 3-5 of years of experience in a similar role.
– BS in Mechanical or Agriculture Engineering.
– Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD.
– Familiar with Ag or other types of heavy equipment.
– Ability to perform statics and machine design calculations.
– Understanding of fluid and thermal dynamics.
– Understanding of development process, concept, calculations, design, testing and manufacturing.
– Desire to expand knowledge and take on new responsibilities.
– Ability to create full engineering build drawings.
