Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight
• Provide strategic direction for the Delaware litigation team
• Establish goals, ensure attorney development, and foster team cohesion
• Collaborate with firm leadership on operations and compliance
Case Management & Compliance
• Oversee all phases of litigation including foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings
• Serve as co-counsel at hearings and provide substantive case support
• Maintain firmwide compliance with regulatory and client-specific rules
Attorney Supervision
• Mentor and evaluate associate attorneys and legal staff
• Promote high performance and alignment with client expectations
• Recommend performance-based compensation
Additional Duties
• Contribute to business development and firm growth strategy
• Ensure proper use of legal tech and case management systems
• Step in for hearings or trials as necessary

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years in creditors’ rights litigation, including foreclosure and bankruptcy
• 2+ years managing attorneys or legal teams
• Experience working with mortgage servicers and financial institutions
• Proficiency with platforms like BKFS LoanSphere, Tempo, and Vendorscape preferred
• Delaware Bar admission (active and in good standing)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
