Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norfolk, VA, for a Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, and equipment maintenance tasks. Day-to-day tasks include responding to maintenance requests, performing routine inspections, identifying and resolving issues with mechanical systems, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition. The technician will also be involved in maintaining the overall upkeep and appearance of the property's facilities.
