Vintage Raleigh West is a 379-unit luxury midrise community offering a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with townhomes. Residents enjoy top-notch amenities and a prime location that enhances their living experience.
As Maintenance Supervisor, your mission will be to efficiently lead overall maintenance operations to budget; ensuring work order and make ready goals are completed per Bluecrest standard. To achieve this mission, you will:
