LLFLEX IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT MACHINIST! PAY RATE $34.67 HOURLY! MEDICAL BENEFITS START DAY 1!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines to produce parts and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machinist
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of machines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience or journeyman level experience.

1. Must be able to read and interpret moderate to complex blueprints. Prepare written records. Read and carry out complicated written instructions, detailed specifications, etc.
2. Must be able to accurately use precision measuring devices.
3. Must be able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, read tickets, labels, schedules and gauges.
4. Must have mathematical ability to calculate formulas and ensure close tolerances.
5. Must be able to work in a team environment.
6. Ability to distinguish speech and audible alarms.
7. Ability to concentrate on tasks, and maintain awareness of environment while working independently at times and safely.
8. Ability to react quickly to an upset condition and make decisions to resolve.
