Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Business Services team. In this role, you'll be a key player in helping manage income tax responsibilities, as well as developing and executing tax strategies for a diverse range of entities. You'll report directly to the Head of Income Tax and have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the tax process for both our companies and shareholders.

This position is primarily remote, with a requirement for quarterly on-site visits to our Lancaster, PA campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leaders to ensure effective tax strategy execution
- Review and ensure the timely preparation of accurate income tax and/or informational returns and extensions for pass-through entities and individuals
- Develop tax planning strategies that benefit both entities and individuals
- Identify and implement strategies to manage tax liabilities, including state and local incentives
- Continuously improve your technical expertise through learning activities and apply new insights to current projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tax process improvements and automation
- Research and analyze solutions for complex tax issues across federal, state, and local levels
- Oversee tax compliance related to property tax, business licenses, and annual reports
- Assist in cash flow planning for tax distributions
- Support additional projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
- Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- In-depth understanding of taxation for S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs, and individuals
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with CCH ProSystem fx Tax, BNA Fixed Assets, and Bloomberg Tax is a plus
- 4+ years of relevant experience
