*Serve as primary counsel to Senior Products Team regarding Medicare Advantage products and Part D Prescription Drug Plans, as well as Medicare Supplement plans; supporting the arrangement, advising on CMS regulations regarding Medicare Advantage program, Inflation Reduction Act and other laws applicable to this market segment. *Support various internal initiatives and external arrangements with respect to privacy law, including HIPAA and relevant state laws; knowledge of GDPR; work closely with company Privacy Officer as needed. $197,100.00 - $240,900.00
