Position Overview
We’re seeking an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in paid social media advertising and SEO. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to grow in the digital marketing field. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to real campaigns, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a measurable impact on brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns
Monitor ad performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies
Create and schedule content across various social media platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and promotional strategies
Generate and analyze reports to measure campaign effectiveness
Support the creation of graphic designs and ad creatives (if proficient in Adobe Creative Suite)
Compensation : $20/hour
Location: On-site in Arlington Heights, IL

1+ year of hands-on experience with paid social media advertising (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs)
Proficient in using major social media platforms for business purposes
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, filters, pivot tables)
Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
