Now Hiring:  Construction Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Operations
📍 Location: DMV Area | 💼 Direct Hire | ⏰ Full-Time

We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee maintenance and daily operations at water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This is a hands-on leadership role managing field crews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting critical infrastructure.

We’re also open to candidates with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) experience who are interested in transitioning into the water/wastewater field—training provided for the right fit.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews performing equipment maintenance and repairs at treatment facilities

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory bodies

Conduct inspections, keep accurate records, and manage preventative maintenance programs

✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in water/wastewater or related construction/maintenance roles

MEP background welcome

Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with plant systems (pumps, clarifiers, etc.) and OSHA regulations

Certifications preferred, but not required
