Division: Inert Catalyst Maintenance & Fabrication.
Reports to: Branch Manager.

Summary/Objective:

The Class A CDL Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials.
The Class A CDL Operator will be responsible for driving and operating efficiently and safely all power equipment and vehicles in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.

 
Responsibilities:

• Haul equipment and gear from job site to job site.
• Assist crews in setting up equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Years’ experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. (CDL)
• Must possess an Air Brake endorsement.
• Must have NO Restrictions. Must be legally allowed to drive a manual shift truck.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card or be capable of obtaining one. 
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner's card.
• Must pass a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Must be capable of passing a personal background screen.
• Must be capable of passing an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screen.
• Commercial Driver runs under the FMCSA 70-hour rule.
• Willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
• Willing to perform all required job duties in accordance with training.
• Willing to perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Willing to understand and follow all given directions.
• Willing to travel out of state.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time.
• Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Physically capable of working in all inclement weather conditions.
