Job Description

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a professional services organization near Robinson/Moon area searching for a Bank Reconciliation Specialist to support the accounting team on a temporary basis.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Working to reconcile bank accounts in ERP system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Supporting other accounting functions as needed
• Assisting with close process on the team
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate should have the following background:

• 1+ years of bank reconciliation experience as a GL accountant, bookkeeper, or intern
• Previous experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, or similar package)
• Ability to work on Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work interdepartmentally and make changes on the fly
