Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: This is an experienced attorney position in the Criminal Appeals Division located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position will represent the State of Florida in all criminal appeals filed with the District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.

FEDERAL HABEAS CORPUS PROCEEDINGS: Represent the appropriate state official in habeas corpus proceedings filed by state prisoners in the federal courts in the District Courts for Florida.
EXTRAORDINARY WRITS: Handles extraordinary litigation in both state and federal courts where appropriate.
