**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler I or II, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of medical devices. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced tools and equipment, ensuring high-quality standards in a cleanroom environment. Please note that these are contract-to-hire positions and may extend beyond the initial 12-18 month period.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Microscope experience
+ Small part assembly
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift
+ High volume small part assembly experience (minimum 6 months)
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in medical device assembly
+ Cleanroom experience
+ Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting raw materials and catheters

**Work Environment**
Work in a manufacturing setting, specifically in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time. The role requires working in close stations, with a standard shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, but candidates must be open to starting an hour earlier or working extended hours when needed. Be prepared to work weekdays and Saturdays as required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
